Boy this is rich. The animal rights people lobbied to prevent the city from killing prarie dogs but at the same time they note the dogs are an important prey species. So I guess they're OK with animals being ripped apart by an Eagle but not Red Misted by a human. Only in Boulder.
Some say relocation - where?
Obviously that money could be better used to conserve habitat.
