Norm Dicks (D-WA) and co-sponsored by Rep. Mike Fitzpatrick (R-PA), Rep. Mike Thompson (D-CA) and Rep. Colleen Hanabusa (D-HI) to strip the 2012 Interior funding bill of the aptly named Extinction Rider.

has decided to revoke its May 2011 authorization to the states of Oregon and Washington to kill
