New Fish Limits

Fishing limits for nine species and a partial closure of deepwater fishing for an additional six species from North Carolina to Florida have won final approval from the U.S. Department of Commerce secretary. The new rules are set to be published in the Federal Register on Thursday and will take effect on Jan. 31.
