Iowa's nutrient reduction strategy is so bad it's funny

My pal in Iowa sez:

Per the preliminary analysis below, it's as if an obese person
solemnly told his doctor that his proposed strategy for losing weight was to continue to eat massive quantities of junk food while watching TV, but this time, he would watch classic movie channels instead of reality shows. Seriously, Iowa? Seriously? This is embarrassing.
