I knew this turkey would come back. Some greedhead somewhere would find an excuse. I remember, with detail, the time I and other Idaho State U students floated the Teton River. The federal engineers had just begun their field work, blowing focused explosive devices on the canyon wall to determine porosity and all those other factors - stuff they ignored as the dam was built anyway.
