River Haven Lodge is a fly fishing destination on the top of the South Island of New Zealand.  Accommodation consists of three beautiful riverfront log cabins and a Aussie style lodge, both with 360 degree verandahs.   Next to Karhuranghi National Park, there are many different types of activities for everyone.  The fishing is "the rolls royce of brown trout fishing, in the world!" says Dave Whitlock of Oklahoma.  Dave and his lovely wife, Emily have been to New Zealand fishing many times over the years.  Dave has also fished nearly all over the world, yet he states New Zealand is a favorite.
