My brother Rob caught this 'bow using a #14 Hare's

My brother Rob caught this 'bow using a #14 Hare's Ear. Then caught it AGAIN 3 hours later in almost the same spot!
I can't tell if it was good fishing on his part, or just stupidity on the fishes part.
